Fees & Payment Information

Therapy appointments are reserved specifically for each client. The following policies ensure fairness, consistency, and the protection of reserved clinical time.

• Clients will be billed after each session.
   
• Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice and must be paid by the beginning of the next scheduled session.
   
• Any outstanding balance must be paid in full before future appointments can be scheduled.
   
• Sessions may not proceed if prior balances remain unpaid.

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment time.
   
• Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be billed at the full session fee.

• Missed appointments (“no-shows”) are billed at the full session fee.
   
• In the event of a no-call, no-show, I will wait 15 minutes from the scheduled start time. After 15 minutes without contact, the session will be considered a missed appointment.

This policy applies specifically to arriving late for a scheduled session.

• If you arrive late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time.
   
• The full session fee applies.
   
• If you anticipate being late but are still planning to attend, please contact me as soon as possible.
