Fees & Payment Information

• Payment is due at the beginning of each session.
   
• Accepted forms of payment include credit, debit, or other approved electronic methods.
   
• A valid payment method must be kept on file for all clients.
   

Therapy appointments are reserved specifically for each client. Advance notice is required for schedule changes.

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment time.
   
• Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be billed at the full session fee.
   
• Missed appointments (“no-shows”) are billed at the full session fee.

If arrival is late for a scheduled session:

• The session will still end at the originally scheduled time.
   
• The full session fee applies.
   

This policy maintains fairness and consistency for all clients.

Any outstanding balance must be resolved prior to scheduling additional sessions unless alternative arrangements have been discussed in advance.
